چکیده

Abstract The (Bi,Pb) 2 Sr Ca Cu 3 O x (BSCCO-2223) samples were prepared by conventional solid-state reaction and co-precipitation methods. crystal size, cell parameter, structure identified from X-ray diffraction (XRD). peaks drawn have higher intensities the width of narrower compared to sample method. Slight difference in value lattice parameters between also noticeable. Concentration defects increased distortion that cause changes these parameters. electrical properties superconductors investigated using cryogenic four-point probe AC susceptibility. method was able reach critical temperature, T C at 106 K other sample, 97 K. Meanwhile Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) micrographs for showed more random grain alignment porous structures. microstructures growth results Bi-2223 reflected heat temperature applied during sintering process. In short, research work reveals produces better quality high superconductor with due homogeneity resulted chemical reactions.

A Comparative Study of Photocatalytic Activity of ZnO/activated Carbon Nanocomposites Prepared by Solid-state and Conventional Precipitation Methods

ZnO/activated carbon nanocomposites (ZnO/ACns) were synthesized by applying two different solid-state and precipitation methods. Precipitation method was initiated with zinc chloride and sodium hydroxide as starting materials in the presence of activated carbon. The synthesized sample was calcined at 250 °C for 1 h. The preparation of nanocomposite by solid-state method was accomplished by heat...

Magnetic Properties of Cobalt Ferrite synthesized by Hydrothermal and Co-precipitation Methods: A Comparative Study

The magnetic properties of calcined cobalt ferrite formed by nano-crystalline powders have been compared by two different methods (co-precipitation and hydrothermal). The structural properties of the produced powders were investigated by X-ray Diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the formation of cobalt ferrite spinel structures is effected by changing me...

تأثیر آلایش نقره بر خواص ساختاری، الکتریکی و مغناطیسی سیم ابررسانای Bi/Ag 2223

In this study, the superconducting properties of Bi-2223/Ag wires, made by the PIT method have been studied. Powder samples were prepared using conventional solid state reaction method. After calcination, samples with different Ag percent (0, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25) prepared and sintered at 830 °C. It was shown that Ag addition has not only affected the formation of the desired Bi-2223 phase an...

Synthesis & Characterization of CaB4O7 Powder by Solid-State Reaction

The synthesis of calcium tetraborate was investigated in a temperature ranging from 800℃ to 900℃ using the solid-state reaction method. The synthesis was done using ammonium tetraborate tetrahydrate as the source of boron. At temperatures of 800 ℃ and 880 ℃, the mixed phases from different compounds were formed. At the optimum temperature of 840℃, the mixed phase was only composed of meta and t...
